We have 7 puppies who will be ready for their new homes after August 8th. We had 1 Female (pink collar) and 6 Males. Puppies where born in Kidding pen area like our goats. These are Purebred Anatolian Shepherds and parents our both on our property. Puppies were exposed to goats and chickens. They were also be handled by my children. We strive for the best, and work towards developing proper habits for these working dogs. Parents are great with our goats and kids. I always refer to them as my gentle giants, because they are big but are great with my 3 year old. Very important to me. Rocky and Apollo work great together watching our goats. Rocky is great with goat kids as well.


 Besides the livestock we have, I also have 3 other dogs. We obtained them as puppies and introduced them to Rocky & Apollo. They are great with them and Rocky has been designated Momma to them. I have so much to say about LGD's so I will just leave you with this, if you want protection you can't go wrong with one but put in the work. Train them, teach them, guide them. They are with out a doubt smart and know what to do.  As with anything we all need a little guidance sometimes because bad habits not corrected can lead to problems later.
